OVERVIEW

Through 2035, MSD anticipates undertaking more than $1 billion dollars in capital improvements, including planning, designing and/or constructing a number of major, multi-million dollar sewer infrastructure and wastewater treatment plant projects. Project examples include a new solids dewatering building, a high-rate treatment facility, and treatment plant improvements.

 

MSD will be advertising solicitations seeking contractors, design-builders, and engineering firms with a high-level of engineering and construction expertise to collaboratively bring these projects to completion.

 

Upcoming solicitations are anticipated to include services such as planning, detailed design, construction, owner's advisor services, and construction management support.
