Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio

The following hearings or notices concern MSD or MSD projects requiring approval from the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC). These notices are posted as part of the approval process.

 

  • The BoCC will conduct a public hearing on a proposed amendment to MSD Rules & Regulations on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 1:15 p.m. at the Todd B. Portune Center for County Government, Room 603, 138 E. Court Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.

     

    The proposed amendment would modify Section 1504.7, “Applications Signatories and Certifications,” to explicity allow industrial users to electronically submit required applications, reports, and certifications. For more information, please view the proposed legislation

     

    The hearing will be held in person in Room 603. For virtual participation in the public hearings, please review the information on the Commissioners Meetings website

Ohio EPA

The following notices concern MSD projects requiring permit approval from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA). These notices are posted as part of the permit approval process.
