VENDOR PORTALS

City Procurement maintains three vendor portals to accommodate the needs of the vendor community. There is no cost associated with any portal.

Vendor Self Service

Vendors who wish to do business with MSD or the City of Cincinnati must register as a vendor through the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal. Vendors also must use VSS to respond to bids, identified as Invitations to Bid (ITBs). In addition, VSS may be used to view all available published solicitations.

Business Opportunities

The Business Opportunities portal is informational only. Vendors cannot respond to solicitations through this site. However, the portal is useful to view all available published solicitations and to easily identify current business opportunities, as well as find historical information on awarded vendors and contract documents. In addition, vendors will find unofficial bid tabs posted on the Business Opportunities site after a bid closes.

Bonfire
Vendors must use Bonfire to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs), unless the solicitation documents direct otherwise. Bonfire also may be used to search for open RFP, RFQ, and RFI opportunities. However, vendors looking for all open opportunities, inclusive of bids, or historical information on solicitations are encouraged to use the VSS or Business Opportunities portal.
