The MSD Rules & Regulations govern the design, construction, maintenance, operation and use of the MSD sewer system. The Rules & Regulations are adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) of Hamilton County and are administered and enforced by MSD.
All new and existing users of and dischargers to the MSD sewer system are subject to these Rules & Regulations.
