The east end of Upper Road will be closed to traffic for up to three weeks starting Monday, December 15, pending weather.
MSD is installing a new sanitary sewer and lateral sewer stubs for two homes on Upper Road to allow them to connect to the MSD public sewer system.
The project is scheduled to be completed by early summer 2026.
