Construction and traffic impacts will occur in Madeira starting in mid-October as MSD installs a new sewer line in and around the Kenwood Hills neighborhood. The project is expected to be completed by summer 2027, pending weather and field conditions.
Camargo Road in Madeira will be closed to thru traffic between Demar Road and East Ledge Street from early November through spring 2026. Local access to homes will be maintained. The detour is via Shawnee Run Road to Miami Road to Indian Hills Road and vice versa.
In addition, streets in the Kenwood Hills neighborhood may be reduced to one lane during working hours.
