The Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) will conduct a second public hearing on the proposed Kenwood Hills Local Sewer (S.S. No. 5933, Project ID 10370025) on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Madeira City Hall, 7141 Miami Avenue (45243).
This proposed sewer assessment will bring public sewer service to 160 properties and is located along Coachlite Way, Margo Lane, Oakvista Drive, Mapleridge Drive, Kenwood Hills Drive, Maplespur Lane, and Vistaridge Lane and traverse 5795 Carmargo Road in the City of Madeira.
