MSD's Response to COVID-19

It's All About Clean Water.

During this public health crisis, MSD wants its customers to know we are here for you, 24/7/365. Every day, MSD collects our region's wastewater through a network of sewers. Our 9 wastewater treatment plants across Hamilton County treat and disinfect the water, removing pollutants, viruses, and other pathogens. The clean water is then returned to our local streams and rivers. Clean water, sanitation, and hygiene are fundamental to protecting human health from infectious diseases.

At MSD, we are taking proactive mesaures to keep our staff safe while continuing to provide wastewater collection and treatment. We encourage the public to follow the precautions of the CDC and other health entities to avoid potential exposures.
