Carpol Avenue, Honeywell Avenue, & E. Kemper Road Local Sewer - 10340021

Project Description

The proposed Carpol Avenue, Honeywell Avenue, & E. Kemper Road Local Sewer will benefit 56 parcels, including 50 parcels categorized as single family and six parcels categorized as residential vacant land. The project will eliminate three household sewage treatment systems (HSTS). MSD proposes to construct approximately 1,200 linear feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer, 2,200 linear feet of 2-inch and 3-inch diameter pressure sewer, 21, 6-inch diameter sewer laterals, 35, 1.5-inch diameter pressure sewer laterals, and other sewer appurtenances. The proposed sanitary sewer will outfall to S.S. No. 5541 in Julianne Drive.
