    Operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (513) 557-5979. Please call the hotline as soon as you notice the odor so we can investigate the source.

    Note: If you are experiencing a sewer gas odor inside your home, or if you believe the outside odor is coming from an underground sewer through a storm inlet or manhole, please call MSD’s Customer Call Center 24/7 at (513) 352-4900.
