Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Hamilton County, Ohio. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, will conduct a public hearing to consider the full-year 2010 Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati's (MSD) Operating Budget, the 2010 - 2014 Capital Improvement Program for MSD, and to consider a revised rate structure for sewerage service charges and surcharges for MSD. This hearing is scheduled to come before the Board on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., at 138 East Court Street, Room 603, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
