Permits & Records
The Mapping & Records section of MSD's Wastewater Engineering
division is responsible for most permits issued by MSD. (Industrial
permits are handled by the Division of Industrial Waste.) Items related
to seeking a permit, as well as information about sewer tappers and septic
haulers, are available below. These files are in .pdf format, and require
the free Acrobat Reader.
The MSD Records office is located on MSD's Mill Creek campus, 1600 Gest St. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4:00p.

Sewer Tapper Listing
- Sewer Tappers License Application: Tappers will need to complete this application, as well as the bond application below. In addition, new Tappers must pass a test. (See the notes for the bond application.)

Tappers Bond Application: This form is an interactive Acrobat
document. Simply click in the fields to enter the necessary
information, print the document for signatures, then return the completed
form to MSD.

- Sewer Tappers are also required to pass a test on Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control, administered bythe Hamilton County Soil & Water Conservation District
