MSD provides wastewater treatment for more than 800,000 customers in Cincinnati and Hamilton County. The utility operates seven major wastewater treatment plants, including Mill Creek, Little Miami, Polk Run, Muddy Creek, Taylor Creek, Indian Creek and Sycamore Creek. MSD is operated by the City of Cincinnati but governed by Hamilton County.
