Phase
3
The primary
focus of Phase 3 is to complete any additional expansions and improvements
necessary to achieve a design average treatment capacity of 9 MGD.
Phase
4
The primary
focus of Phase 4 is to make various site improvements, including new
plant lighting, better roadways and construction of a new Service Building
that combines administration, laboratory and maintenance functions.
Note:
The sequencing of improvements in Phases 3 and 4 may be adjusted to
better serve MSD water quality goals.
