How to Submit a Public Records Request

MSD is committed to upholding the Ohio Public Records Act, which is based on the idea that a working democracy can only be accomplished if citizens are able to oversee their government's operations.

The law allows anyone to request access to public records.

To make a public records request at MSD, please contact Vicki Pohana at Victoria.Pohana@cincinnati-oh.gov or (513) 244-5584.

You may be asked to put your request in writing to allow us to better track your request. You must identify the records in a manner that allows us to determine what is being requested. If your request is too broad, or the records are not kept in the manner you have requested, you may be asked to narrow your scope.

Copies of the records will be provided within a reasonable time. There is no set time limit for responding to a records request.
