Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Hamilton County, Ohio. Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. that the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the necessity to construct Sanitary Sewer Project No. 6097, Project ID 10330026, Rapid Run Local Sewer. The project will provide sanitary sewer service to 7 properties, house numbers, 6161, 6168, 6169, 6174, 6184, 6194, and 6201.
The public hearing will be held in the offices of the Board, County Administration Building, 138 E. Court Street, Room 603, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
The project’s construction shall be in accordance with the detailed plans, specifications and estimate of cost and tentative assessments, which are now on file at MSD, 1600 Gest Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, where they may be examined by contacting Mr. Brent Tuley, Project Manager., at MSD, (513) 557-5914, or as requested via e-mail: email@example.com. Information on Sanitary Sewer Project No. 6097, Project ID 10330026, Rapid Run Local Sewer may also be obtained from the MSD website. Comments from the public are invited at the hearing or may be addressed in writing to the Clerk of the Board.
