Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Hamilton County, Ohio. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, will conduct a public hearing to consider the 2012 Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati's (MSD) Operating Budget, the 2012 - 2016 MSD Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and to consider a revised rate structure for MSD sewerage service charges and surcharges. This hearing is scheduled to come before the Board on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at 138 East Court Street, Room 603, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. Comments from the public are invited at the hearing or may be addressed in writing to the Clerk of the Board.
