Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Hamilton County, Ohio. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, will conduct public hearings to consider the 2017 Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati's (MSD) Operating Budget, the 2017 - 2021 MSD Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and to consider a revised rate structure for MSD sewerage service charges and surcharges. The hearings are scheduled to come before the Board on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. and Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at 138 East Court Street, Room 603, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
