REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR
AS-NEEDED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES

SEALED Statements of Qualifications will be received by the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC):

UNTIL 1:30 PM ON TUESDAY MARCH 12, 2013

The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC) requests Qualifications Statements from interested firms to provide Information Technology Support Services work on an as-needed basis through the use of a Master Services Agreement (MSA). This is for five (5) separate and distinct categories of work:

• Category 1 – Systems Development
• Category 2 – Infrastructure System and Security Management
• Category 3 – Expert Services
• Category 4 – Systems Implementation
• Category 5 – Generalized IT Departmental Support

These services shall be delivered as promulgated by Task Orders during the term of the MSA beginning approximately May 1, 2013 and ending December 31, 2016. MSDGC anticipates two one-year renewal options.

As of Tuesday, January 29, 2013, the Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the MSDGC website (www.msdgc.org). MSDGC strongly encourages prospective parties to frequently monitor the MSDGC website (www.msdgc.org) for project updates and addenda.

Any inquires or requests for clarifications to this RFQ must be submitted in writing by no later than TUESDAY MARCH 5, 2013 AT 1:30 PM LOCAL TIME. Requests must identify the organization making the request, the appropriate contact person within the organization, current contact information, the reference information for the section of the RFQ requiring clarification, and a clear and concise description of the question or clarification requested. All applicants will be subject to the provisions of the MSDGC Contract Compliance Program regarding equal employment opportunity.
